Location


The wedding service will take place at St Andrew's church on the beautiful grounds of Lulworth Castle and Park BH20 5QS. Guests are able to walk between the church and the Castle where the reception will take place

Built in the C17th, this magnificent building is steeped in history. Originally built as a hunting lodge to entertain aristocracy and royalty, it was for centuries the family seat of the Weld family, the current owners of the Lulworth Estate. Ravaged by fire in 1929, it has been partly restored in a pioneering partnership with English Heritage.

SAT NAV: Lulworth Castle BH20 5QS.

FROM BOURNEMOUTH (East of Lulworth): Take the A35 towards Dorchester, turning left onto the A351 to Wareham. From the by-pass turn onto the A352 signposted to Wool. Now follow the brown signs for Lulworth Castle, Lulworth Cove or Durdle Door.

FROM DORCHESTER (West of Lulworth): From the by-pass take the A352 signposted for Wool and Wareham. At Wool follow the brown signs for Lulworth Castle, Lulworth Cove or Durdle Door.

By Public Transport

BY TRAIN: Railway Stations at Wareham (6 miles) and Wool (4 miles).

BY TAXI: A taxi service is available from Wareham and Wool Railway Stations to Lulworth Castle.
